Gauge Leadership Lab: a 12-week program for leaders, entrepreneurs, and instigators
 Gauge Leadership Lab is a 12-week program that incorporates a powerful 360° leadership assessment, three full-day workshops, 1:1 coaching, and 12 weekly assignments to amplify your learning. Gather with a small group of peers to invest in your leadership, expand your comfort zone, and champion each other’s learning and growth. This program includes:

  • An individualized leadership assessment: The Leadership Circle Profile™, a powerful 360° leadership assessment used by organizations ranging from Google to NASA, the National Wildlife Federation, and beyond.
  • One-on-one leadership coaching: Three one-on-one sessions to interpret the assessment, articulate opportunities for growth, create a leadership development plan, and build momentum toward your goals.
  • The Lab:
    • Three full-day workshops spread out over twelve weeks, featuring facilitated discussions, thought-provoking exercises, and lively conversations. Focus areas will include authentic leadership, courageous conflict, and effective collaboration, along with topics that emerge from the group’s interests.
    • Weekly assignments, to amplify your learning and put ideas into action (some solo assignments, some with lab partners from the group.) Assignments range from short readings to reflective practices, small-group conversations, and audacious action steps.

Moxie: A Women’s Leadership Salon Series
Moxie will gather great women together for insightful camaraderie, inspired learning, and compassionate accountability. With an opportunity to genuinely connect with others in an expansive, come-as-you-are gathering, you’ll have room to examine your leadership insecurities as well as your leadership brilliance as you learn, grow, and plot the course for your next bold adventures in leadership and in life.

This program weaves together a powerful 360° leadership assessment, one-on-one coaching, and a curated series of lively gatherings. You and your colleagues will uncover new insights, share big laughs, develop courageous visions, craft audacious game plans, and champion each other’s progress along the way. Designed for those who relish the adventure of learning in a group, and who are game  to create a community of intrepid and inspiring peers.

An individualized leadership assessment: 

One-on-one leadership coaching:

  • Three one-on-one coaching sessions (interpreting the assessment and identifying key opportunities for growth; creating a leadership development plan; and checking in on your progress)

The Salon Series:

Authentic Leadership Coaching Package: Expanding your leadership potential
Designed for leaders who are committed to investing in themselves, and expanding their leadership potential so that they can create the impact they want and the life they desire. This rigorous, insight-provoking package is designed for managers and leaders at all levels, including emerging, established, aspiring, and accidental leaders. It will be particularly relevant for those whose responsibilities will increase significantly in the next few years. This package includes:

  • A two-hour Discovery Session, to give shape to your ambitions, dig into your challenges, identify key opportunities, and articulate your goals.
  • The Leadership Circle Profile™, a powerful 360° leadership assessment
  • Co-creation of a personalized leadership development plan
  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • The option of workplace shadowing (two sessions are recommended, about 2-3 months apart):
    • Observing your leadership in action, using a real-world situation (a meeting, presentation, etc.) as the practice field for developing complex skills.
    • This learning process involves three stages: preparation for the event, participation in the event, and a post-event debriefing to capture the relevant lessons from the experience.
  • Exercises, homework, and insights tailored to the client
  • Email support: convenient, brief check-ins between sessions
  • At least one brief check-in call during the month (~5-10 min), to share progress, address hurdles, and get immediate feedback between sessions.

A six-month commitment is strongly recommended.

Intensive Leadership Coaching Package: Addressing looming challenges

  • Three 50-minute sessions per month
  • Exercises, homework, and insights tailored to the client
  • Email support: convenient, brief check-ins between sessions
  • Two-three brief check-in calls during the month (~5-10 min), to share progress, address hurdles, and get immediate feedback between sessions

A six-month commitment is strongly recommended.

The First Ninety Days Coaching Package: Leading well from the start
You’re stepping into a new position, and the stakes are high. The first 90 days are a critical part of successfully navigating the transition into your new role.
