Before the Negotiation workshop, I would have not even considered asking for further compensation outside of the contract—even though I worked many more hours than agreed upon in order to meet the clients growing needs for the project. With my new tools, I was able to directly and simply ask my clients if there was more money available in the budget. They came back with a resounding YES and a re-negotiation totaling $4,500.

The Moxie experience has been profound. I have learned to define genuine leadership as something that comes from an authentic place deep inside of me.
